You can adjust the recipients for an alert by going to the alert settings.
To access alert settings, find the location for which you want to change the alert, expand the menu and select Alerts from the list of options displayed.
After opening the Alerts, locate the alert you want to edit and select the Edit Alert button to open its settings.
On the settings screen that appears, you can make any changes needed to recipients under the Notify Contact section.
- Use Add Recipient to select from an existing Contact so that you can add them for Email or Text message notification.
- Use the Edit Recipient button to change how the contact is notified or to find the Remove button which will let you remove the recipient so that they are no longer notified for this alert.
